About THE ROCK FGBC

The Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church was originally founded by Elder Frederick L. Henderson to serve God's people through monthly Marriage Group Bible Study.  The original couples participated in Bible Study geared towards preserving marriages. This concept continues today and has served many couples across the New Orleans area.  The March 1, 2015 opening of the church for regular services came about as a result of Pastor Joseph Merrill of the New Kingdom MBC opening the doors of their ministry to allow The Rock FGBC to begin holding weekly services.  We now hold two weekly services at 3611 St. Ferdinand St., New Orleans, LA 70116 - Sunday @10:45am and Pastoral Bible Study on Tuesdays @7:00pm.
